Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Treat orthopedic, neurologic, gait/balance, pain management, work comp, surgical, soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, neuro re-education, and manual therapy cases.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
  • Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Additional Notes

  • First-time travelers accepted
  • Local candidates accepted
  • Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
  • Cerner charting used
