Job Overview
- Location: Columbia, Missouri
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Call: 8–9 days per month
- Local restriction: No locals within 50 miles
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Cardiac Cath Lab (2 years of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Job Expectations
- Ability to take call
- Ability to work assigned weekends
- Ability to work at least 50% of holidays during the contract
- Ability to work throughout the full contract term at the assigned location
- Ability to work the substantial time of each assigned shift
Work Environment
- Health care facility open 24/7, year-round
- Rotating shifts, holidays, and inclement weather coverage may be required
- Role involves ambulating, reaching, and moving objects over 20 lbs
- Regular contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses
