Physical Therapist - Home Health (Travel/Contract)

Location: Saginaw, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy)
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Average Patients per Day: 5-7 (to be confirmed during interview)
Types of Cases: Geriatric
Territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the office/hub
Locals accepted at travel rate
On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
Dress Code: Scrubs of any color; jeans are not allowed
Documentation and communication must be timely
Cell phone use: Not allowed
iPad provided for work
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience
BLS certification required
Experience with OASIS

Additional Information

First-time travel therapists are accepted
Must be able to work independently in a home health setting
Tech certification and state license verification required (per Allied Professionals guidelines)
