Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Garfield Heights, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Must confirm all start dates, scheduling, and shift details at time of submission; no changes allowed after offer.
Options available for 4x12, 3x12, or 2x12 shifts.
ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate medication exam required during orientation; passing scores mandatory.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1.5 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, with experience within the last year.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
