Dialysis Registered Nurse - Travel/Contract

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) services in a dialysis unit and at the bedside of ICU patients who require hemodialysis but cannot be transported.
Connect and disconnect patients from peritoneal dialysis treatments.
CRRT therapy is not provided (managed by ICU nurses).
Primarily use Fresenius dialysis machines; full orientation provided.
On-call rotation and every other weekend required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1.5 years of dialysis experience, with dialysis experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Current ACLS certification.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
