Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Job Details

ASAP start
8-hour shifts
Per diem position with a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per month
Additional hours available based on availability
Ability to float to other UCSF facilities

Requirements

Valid California OT License
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Master’s degree (MS/MA)
Minimum 1 year of inpatient rehab experience
Must have IRF-PAI (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility-Patient Assessment Instrument) experience

Hepatitis B: Series, titer, or declination
Varicella: Not required unless specified by client
9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start

Background check within 1 year of start (7-year search, including SSN trace, county, nationwide, sex offender searches)
