Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Nurse

Location: Midland, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks (approximately 4 months)
Start Date: Preferred within the next 3-5 weeks
Minimum Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description

Registered Nurse rotating through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition (no post-partum)
Must have certifications in NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with recent experience within the last year
Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
