Radiation Oncology Management

Role

• Manage the administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance compliance, and operational functions of all patient care sections of the department.
• Responsible for supervision and day-to-day operation of the Radiation Oncology area, including ACR or ASTRO department accreditation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts
• 5 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T)
• Active ARRT certification in Registered Technologist Radiography (RTR)
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Oncology or Business Administration
• Experience in management roles
• Radiation Therapist experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Radiation Oncology or Business Administration.
• Meditech Expanse experience.

Additional Details

• Days, 8 hours per day.
• Temp assignment.
• Personal scrubs of any color.
• 8 hours non-billable orientation.
• Must have own vehicle.
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
• Scheduling accommodations such as block scheduling are not accepted.
• Travelers may not take all holidays off; must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed.
• Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload.
• Travelers within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
