Physical Therapist Position - Oregon

Location

  • Baker City, Oregon

Employment Type

  • Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Work Schedule

  • Days, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (4x10s)
  • Occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within the 13-week contract)
  • Shift hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Setting

  • Primarily outpatient (approximately 80%)
  • Some inpatient care (approximately 20%)

Required Experience & Skills

  • Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Epic electronic health record experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Required Licenses & Certifications

  • Current Oregon Physical Therapist license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
