Certified Surgical Technician

Overview

Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 5 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Call: Nights and weekends, depending on staffing
Role scope: Must be able to do all service lines

Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

MMR immunity or acceptable booster/titer documentation
Fit test completed within 1 year prior to start
Hepatitis B documentation
Varicella immunity or acceptable booster/titer documentation
Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
I-9 attestation
Ohio fingerprints / background check requirements
Education verification
Employment verification within 5 years
Competency exam
Core competencies
Physical exam / health statement
Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination / exemption process
2-step PPD or IGRA with negative results
