Overview

• Location: Newton, Massachusetts
• Employment type: LTA
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 40hr rotating, 4x10hr shifts

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required for Surg Techs; NBSTSA or NCCT only
• 1 year of Certified Surgical Technologist experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• License/certification verification required
• Resume required for submission and must include past 7 years of work experience; all work experience and education must include city and state
• 2 references required within 4 years of submission, including at least 1 supervisor or above in skillset
• Skills checklist required and must be completed within 1 year of submission
• Candidate submission coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility submission

Onboarding Requirements

• Self-study orientation and attestation required
• Fit test required within 365 days of start date and updated annually
• Respirator medical clearance attestation required if fit test is required for skill
• MMR documentation or proof of immunity required
• Influenza vaccine required
• TB test documentation required within 3 months of start date
• Health statement required within 365 days of start date
• Criminal background check required
• Massachusetts CORI required
• Education verification required
• SSN trace required
• National sex offender check required
• Exclusion checks required
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions
• Beeline attestation required for new applicants once registered in Beeline
