Step Down RN
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Shift: NOC
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Georgia
- Stepdown (1.5 years of experience)
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Unit Details
- 12-bed, 24-hour observation unit serving heart and vascular patients
- Fast-paced unit with high patient turnover
- Proctored rhythm identification test required after start
Clinical Experience / Patient Care
- Must be able to manage patients with PA lines
- Rare vents may be present
- No IABP or Impella patients
- No ventilators, CRRT, or Impella patients accepted on the unit
- LVADs, 2–4 drips, arterial lines, and PA catheters may be accommodated
Preferences
- CCRN preferred
Work Environment
- Navy blue scrubs required
- No local travelers within 50 miles

The cause nobody stays in touch with you. Nobody tells you anything you are lost when you worked there when it comes to information of things you should know as a Traveler when it comes to who to talk to in the department on different things it’s just all jacked up so just be mindful. It is a great place to work but at the same time management is not always around to help
