Medical Intensive Care & Neuro Critical Care Units
32-bed Medical ICU licensed for Neuro Critical Care patients
Split between 2 floors
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2, or 1:1 for high acuity cases
Common cases: Sepsis, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post cardiac arrest care, respiratory failure

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
Experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Certifications:
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association

ICU Float Position: Will float to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC units
48-hour contracts can be accommodated
Preferred start date: December 28, 2025 (must start no later than January 12, 2026)
Looking for strong ICU nurses with solid backgrounds; new grads with only 1 year experience may be considered too new for this unit
