- PALS
- Arizona RN License
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in Emergency Room or related specialty
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process
- Follow state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership
- Plan and anticipate safe delivery of patient care in the Emergency Department
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
