Physical Therapist (Travel) - Cypress, Texas

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36
Unit: 2N Rehab Unit, 2nd Floor, North Tower
Number of Beds: 23
Patient Caseload: 4-6 patients
Shift: Day shift with rotating weekends
EMR System: Meditech (transitioning to Meditech Expanse)

Unit and Work Environment

Inpatient rehab setting
Floating to other rehab sites may be required if census is low
Dress code: Navy scrubs

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
CPR certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in a Rehabilitation setting

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in inpatient rehab
Flexible and adaptable with a passion for rehab
Comfortable treating various levels of patients

Typical Procedures

Skilled therapy interventions in an inpatient rehab setting
