RN Med Surg Travel Assignment

Overview

Location: Pasco, Washington

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Call: None
Float: Occasional float to med/surg as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS
Washington Suicide Prevention
Acute Care experience
Rehabilitation experience

Preferred

CCRN certification
Rehabilitation experience, including GG scoring documentation

Unit Details

10-bed rehabilitation unit
Typical patient ratio: 5:1
Patient population includes adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, and traumatic brain injury patients

Additional Notes

Orientation dates are scheduled throughout the year
Submission packet must include a standard candidate submission form, resume, candidate self-assessment, and skills checklist
