Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (Day shift only, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Unit: Rehabilitation Unit, 2nd Floor, Main Building
Patient Ratio: 7:1
Number of Beds: 30
Staff on Unit: 22 (PT, OT, SLP, Tech)
Call Requirements: Weekend rotation
Documentation System: Meditech (Expanse)
Typical Equipment: Standard inpatient rehab gym equipment including balance and gait systems
Dress Code: Light gray scrubs

Provide patient evaluations, activities of daily living (ADLs) assistance, transfers, family and patient education, gait training, therapeutic exercises (Therex), and functional training.
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings will be accepted.
New hospital and unit start-up as of May 5.

Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
