PACU RN

Overview

Travel RN role in the Recovery Room.
Contract length: 13 weeks.
Shift: 4x10s, varied shifts/rotating days of the week (M-F).
Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
Call: 2 weeknight and 1 weekend day.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Nevada.
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience).
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year.
One completed travel assignment.
BLS issued by American Heart Association.
ACLS issued by American Heart Association.
PALS issued by American Heart Association.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.

Additional Details

May be required to float to the needs of the organization up to competency level.
May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period.
Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
Low-census call-off may occur up to 48 hours per 13-week contract, including full or partial shifts.
Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
