Role Overview

Travel assignment in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Unit Details

15 ORs
120 staff
Shift options: 3 x 12 hours or 4 x 10 hours
On-call: 4–5 call shifts per month
Weekend requirements: TBD
Floating area: Main OR

Required Qualifications

CVOR First Assist experience within the last year
2 years of CVOR First Assist experience
Surgical First Assistant experience
BLS
OR First Assist Certification
CSFA or CFA

Preferred Qualifications

General Surgery, Urology, GYN, Spine, Neuro, ortho, robotics, vascular, and other procedures

Additional Notes

Scrub color/attire provided by hospital
Weekends and on-call expected
