Job Overview

Travel RN position in Med Surg
13-week assignment
Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
36 guaranteed hours per week
One opening

Schedule

Weekend coverage required every other Friday/Saturday night
No regular on-call requirement, but you may be placed on call during a scheduled shift if needed
Floating required on a rotational basis

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS certification

Unit Details

Medical-surgical unit
32 beds
Typical patient ratio varies, with 1:6 noted
Patient population includes COPD, pneumonia, chest pain, and COVID

Work Environment

Black scrubs required
Team-oriented, friendly, flexible, and outgoing environment
Remote telemetry monitoring by ICU

Additional Notes

Must maintain CPR certification
Must attend mandatory in-services and comply with organizational policies and procedures
Role includes care across the lifespan, from neonatal to geriatric patients
