- Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1 to 1:3
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- NRP
- Level II and III experience

Patient Population
- RDS
- Prematurity
- Hypoglycemia
Clinical Support
- AAP 24/7
- Neonatologist on call 24/7
Equipment
- Vents
- CPAP
- Heated High Flow
- Blended NC
Schedule
- Nights
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Self-scheduling
- Every other weekend
- 1 major winter holiday per unit needs
Floating
- May float within Zone 1 in an extreme need: PEN, SFH, SFI, SMC, STM
Orientation
- 1 shift on unit
- Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote
Dress Code
