Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Details

Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes, traveling to multiple locations daily
Average of 5 patient visits per 8-hour day
Use Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) for charting and documentation
Compensation includes mileage reimbursement for travel between patient homes

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Additional Information

Housing is challenging for candidates with pets; special housing arrangements must be coordinated prior to placement
Shifts may be 8 or 10 hours, with travel between patient homes included
