Physical Therapist - Home Health
Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 12 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Job Details
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes, traveling to multiple locations daily
- Average of 5 patient visits per 8-hour day
- Use Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) for charting and documentation
- Compensation includes mileage reimbursement for travel between patient homes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Additional Information
- Housing is challenging for candidates with pets; special housing arrangements must be coordinated prior to placement
- Shifts may be 8 or 10 hours, with travel between patient homes included
