Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
- BLS
Role Overview
- Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Support residents’ independence in activities of daily living, functional mobility, cognition, upper extremity function, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge and maximize functional potential
- Complete timely documentation and treatments with supervision and assistance from COTAs
