Job Description
- Provide rehabilitation therapy services as a Physical Therapist.
- Follow all billing procedures as required.
- All required documentation must be uploaded and maintained according to employer guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Current BLS certification

- This is a day shift position.
