Registered Nurse - Step Down Unit

Location: Evansville, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Unit: Dedicated Stroke Unit, 30 beds
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4

Job Description

Care for patients with medical, DKA, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical conditions
Work in a specialized Stroke Unit environment

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Minimum of 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
