- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- NRP
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Scheduling and assignment details
- Work week: Wednesday–Tuesday
- Overtime and holiday pay: 1.5x
- Callback pay: 1.5x, with a minimum of 2 hours for callback services
- Unbillable orientation: 0 hours
- Cancellation policy: up to 3 shifts may be canceled per 13 weeks
- Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted, but at a lower rate
