Required Qualifications

CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current and valid state ID or driver’s license
Current state license in unencumbered status
Background check
Drug screen
Skills checklist current within the last year
Employment application covering the last 5 years of employment
Education verification
Photo for badge
Orientation welcome attestation
Confidentiality and security obligations acknowledgment
Fit test within 1 year prior to start
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
