Contract
- Travel/contract assignment
- 14 weeks
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend
Unit Overview
- High Intensity Care Unit serving adult patients 18 and older
- Care includes vent/pulmonary support, acute rehab, respiratory assistance, cardiac monitoring, and management of serious complex conditions
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
- Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

- Unit-specific competency exam required
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
- Drug screen required within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Fit testing completed onsite
- Must complete and sign facility policies and required onboarding documents before start
