Overview

Travel/Contract RN role in Bowling Green, Kentucky
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
Hours per week: 36
Every other weekend
Can do block scheduling
May be placed on call once every pay period
RTO may be granted if the traveler can still work three days per week
65-mile radius restriction

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kentucky
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Flu vaccination required; no exemptions allowed
Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport required
Background check required before start
Kentucky - KY Vulnerable Adult Maltreatment Registry required for all candidates
E-Verify attestation required
EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 30 days of start and for each renewal/extension
HHS/OIG required within 30 days of start and for each renewal/extension
Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement required
NURSYS verification required as applicable
State License 1 verification required as applicable
Physical exam required within 1 year
Fit test required within 1 year and updated annually
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 60 days of start
Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Drug Testing, Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation, COVID, References, Performance Evaluation, Employment Application, Skills Checklist 1, Work History Verification, Application – Missing Information Tracking required
Photo for badge required prior to start
Commonwealth forms and onboarding documents required, including job description review/signature, health history, communicable disease, latex allergy, privacy acknowledgement, patient registration, TB questionnaire, Hep B form, facility background release, computer agreement, confidentiality agreement, NEO checklist, employment acknowledgement, Kentucky law review, and CBL training modules 1–8
