Registered Nurse Float Pool

Overview

Travel/contract role in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
Float pool assignment; will float to medical-surgical, telemetry, and rehab units as needed
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every other weekend expected
May care for COVID patients
Tobacco- and fragrance-free facility

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Float (2 years of experience)
Float experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Rehabilitation experience
Experience with Epic

Schedule and Availability

Expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays, or 1 of 2 if the contract overlaps only two holiday periods
Requested time off maximum: 7 days
Weekends as needed, likely every other weekend
Floating as needed

Screening and Hiring Process

Clinical review is completed before manager review
Manager interview required

Contract Length

13 weeks
