Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Seattle, Washington
• Start date: 10/12
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Day shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
• Required to work all scheduled shifts; scheduling requests outside approved RTO cannot be accommodated
• No on-call
• Every other weekend required
• Locals accepted
• Pending license not accepted, but compact license is accepted with required items completed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Proficiency in telemetry interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Ventilator management experience
• Conscious sedation experience
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

• IV start
• ICP
• PA Lines
• Level 1 trauma experience

Float Scope

• May float within scope to other ICU units and boarder areas

Unit / Patient Population

• 7MB MCICU Med/CORICU
• 70% medical patients: sepsis, PNA, ARDS, organ failure, DKA, etc.
• 30% cardiology: heart failure, post arrest, arrhythmias, etc.

• Magnet, Teaching, Level I facility
