Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Aiken, South Carolina
• Home health services covering Barnwell, Aiken, and Edgefield counties
• Adults to geriatrics
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
• 40 hours per week
• Locals accepted

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in a(n) Home Health setting

Preferred

• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience

Work Setting and Schedule

• Average daily census: 175
• About 6 visits per day
• Full-time productivity is around 25 units
• No weekends
• Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed
• Maximum RTO: 7 days

Additional Notes

• Mileage is paid at the IRS standard rate
• If the clinician does not have HCHB experience, an online HCHB course is required before starting, at the traveler’s upfront cost
• Full compliance is required to start on time
• One major holiday must be worked if it falls during the assignment; two major holidays require working both; three major holidays require working two
