PACU Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract role in Santa Monica, California
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 9:30 AM–9:30 PM
Start date: ASAP
First-time travelers accepted
On-call required
Floating to like units is not required
Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager discretion
RTO must be included at time of submission
Facility may call off once per two-week pay period

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (1 year of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke Foundation
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke Foundation
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke Foundation
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule Details

12-hour variable start time between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Average of 6 on-call shifts over a six-week schedule period
On-call shifts include weeknights and weekend coverage
