Job Overview

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: ASAP, any Monday
• RTO limit: Up to 5 days considered

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• ARRT (CT)
• Experience with Epic

Work Setting

• CT role covering ED patients and inpatients
• No scheduled outpatients during this shift
• Will work alone after midnight

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• Copy of employment application
• At least 2 satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Washington WSP/WATCH search results
• Washington WA Courts search results
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or facility-specific declination
• Hepatitis B documentation or facility-specific declination
• Tdap vaccine is highly preferred or declination
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Review and sign required facility policies and agreements
• Complete assigned modules after orientation
• Fraud, waste, and abuse training proof of completion
• Annual competency requirements with passing scores of 85% or higher
