Overview

  • Travel/Contract role in San Francisco, California
  • 13-week assignment
  • Day shift: 4x10 hours, 10:00–20:30 or 11:00–21:30
  • No weekends
  • Float required to other campuses if needed and census permits

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California
  • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
  • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • High acute care hospital experience
  • Cath Lab experience

Role Details

  • Provides individualized nursing care for geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients from admission through discharge
  • Requires knowledge of peri-anesthesia standards of care, airway management, nursing assessment parameters, and pharmacology
