Ultrasound Tech - General

Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Big Spring, Texas
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
• Hours per week: 40
• Coverage includes inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings
• Call required: Monday to Friday, 5pm to 7am, one week on and one week off, rotating

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 1 year of experience
• Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security Card
• E-Verify or attestation
• Background check
• 7-year background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Education verification
• State License 1 verification within 30 days of start
• Tech Cert Verification - National within 30 days of start
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, as applicable
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy, as applicable
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course, as applicable
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring, as applicable
• ENPC, as applicable
• NIH Stroke Certification, as applicable
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start
• Fit Test within 6 months prior to start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
• TB Questionnaire
• Rubeola (Measles)
• Mumps
• Rubella
• Hepatitis B
• Varicella
• Drug Testing within 30 days
• Initial COVID series
• 2 References within 3 years of start
