Registered Nurse – Stepdown Unit

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work on a Stepdown unit with potential to float to similar patient care units including Emergency Department.
Rotating shifts on a 3x12 schedule:
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift rotation may be adjusted based on hospital operational needs.
Must work at least every other holiday.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum 1.5 years of Stepdown nursing experience
Stepdown experience within the last year
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
