Job Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
- Shift Hours: Varying start times between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM; end times between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
- Weekend Requirement: PET/CT scans may be performed on Saturdays if needed (e.g., equipment downtime or backlog)
- On-call: Not required
- Floating: No floating between service lines or sister facilities

Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in South Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NMTCB(N) or ARRT(N) certification
- NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(R) certification
Compliance and Documentation Requirements

- Copy of Social Security Card or SSN verification
- Completed and accurate I-9 form with E-Verify attestation
- Annual background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years, including:

- Facility-specific first day instructions and mandatory orientation modules (approx. 2 hours) must be completed prior to start
- Clear, passport-style badge photo with solid light background, business casual or job-appropriate attire, no posing or side views
Health and Safety Requirements
- Initial physical exam updated annually, attesting ability to meet physical demands
- Fit test for N95 mask (O&M Halyard FLUIDSHIELD or 3M Aura 1870+) within 90 days prior to start, renewed annually
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccination within 10 years or declination form completed
- Negative TB test (T-spot or Q-Gold) within 90 days of start or chest X-ray if prior positive test
- Annual TB questionnaire completion
- Immunizations or positive titers required for:

- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)

- 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
