Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Float Requirements: Willing to float if needed

Unit Information

Beds:
- 4 LDRP Beds
- 2 Antepartum Beds
- 10 Postpartum/Post-op/C-section Beds
Patient Ratios: Per AWHONN and state requirements
Patient Population: Adult, Newborn
EHR Systems: Phillips Intellispace Perinatal, Meditech Magic 5.6.7

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including experience within the last year
Post Partum experience
Nursery experience
ACLS certification
AWHONN certification
BLS certification
NRP certification

Additional Information

Dress code allows any solid color scrubs; scrubs can be provided.
Facility is a 100-bed hospital serving a primary area of approximately 36,000 individuals.
Patient care follows Joint Commission standards.

This position is ideal for an experienced Labor & Delivery RN seeking a travel assignment with a focus on mom/baby care in a supportive community hospital setting.
