RN Respiratory / Med-Surg

Zanesville, Ohio

Contract

13 weeks
Contract role
36 hours per week
Day shift: 7a–7:30p
Every third weekend required
No call requirement

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Telemetry experience within the last year
3 years of Telemetry experience
Stepdown experience
Experience with Epic

Unit / Work Setting

Primarily assigned to the Respiratory unit, where COVID patients are admitted
May occasionally float to Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders

Start Date

Only available start dates are September 21 or October 19, unless the RN is a returning traveler from within the last 9 months

Pros

Helpful team, lots of meaningful work and pretty good shift schedules. The most well thought our distribution of hot trash receptacles I've ever seen.

Cons

PET co-workers not very receptive to technologist's inputs. Too emotional if anything beyond the norm changes.
