Registered Nurse role focused on telemetry patient care, including assessment, care planning, monitoring, education, and coordination with the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- 2 years of telemetry experience
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Experience with Epic
Schedule
- 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and revise plans of care
- Monitor and document responses to clinical interventions
- Provide patient and family education
- Delegate tasks and support teamwork, mentoring, and quality improvement efforts
