Medical Lab Technician

Job Overview

Specialty: Laboratory
Location: Helena, Montana
Shift: Rotating; mainly 8-hour evenings, with occasional 10-hour shifts and occasional day or night shifts
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Medical Lab Technician license in Montana
Medical Lab Technician (2 years of experience)
Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
ASCP or AMT
Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) experience
Experience with Siemens Aptio Line
Experience with Siemens Atellicas
Experience with Sysmex XN9000
Experience with Sysmex UN3000 or Iris
Experience with Gels for Blood Bank
Experience with Micro setups

Key Responsibilities

Work in Blood Bank, Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Gram Stains
Perform Blood Bank and micro set-ups

Experience / Technical Familiarity

Experience with Siemens Aptio Line
Experience with Siemens Atellicas
Experience with Sysmex XN9000
Experience with Sysmex UN3000 or Iris
Experience with gels for Blood Bank

Additional Notes

No floating outside of the lab
RTO or schedule requests must be included at submission; they will not be approved after submission
A 200-mile radius rule applies
