Overview

• Travel RN role in Kingwood, Texas.
• Unit: 4NT M/S Telemetry.
• 28-bed unit on the 4th floor of the North Tower.
• Patient ratio: 1:5-6.
• Hours per week: 36.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience).
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year.
• BLS.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN.
• Flexibility.
• Dependability.

Unit Details

• Typical procedures include telemetry monitoring and wound care.
• Equipment includes Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, glucometer, mobilab, and Welch Allyn.
• Floating may include other M/S tele units and the ED for inpatient hold patients.
• Royal Blue scrubs required.
• 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule are required for full-time.
• No call required.
