Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Stepdown (1 year of experience)
Stepdown experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Driver's License
Tracheostomy and ventilator experience

Float Scope

May float as needed to a similar or lower acuity unit

Unit Details

Patient ratio: 1:3/4
Equipment: TRACH, VENT, VAPO, BIPAP
EMR: EPIC
Patient population includes respiratory failure, ETOH, overdose, GI bleed, electrolyte imbalance, COPD, and cancer

Schedule Notes

Weekend hours as required by facility/every other weekend
No call
Night shift orients on day shift
Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
RTO of 5 days or less must be made up on the back end
Holiday RTO: 1 per assignment
Blocked scheduling may be approved based on facility requirements
