Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- 1 year of rehabilitation experience
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- Med Surg experience
- Experience with Epic
Clinical Setting
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation
- Adult patients, with some geriatric and rehab patients
- 42-bed unit
Relevant Experience
- IRF experience
- Med-surg experience
Additional Notes
- Must have license on hand
- Epic experience is required
