Physical Therapist Travel Position - Arizona

Location

• Fort Mohave, Arizona
• Acute Rehab Unit (ARU)
• Facility has 12 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1
• Patient population: Adults 18+

Position Details

• Employment Type: Travel
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 32 hours
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: May float to evaluate and treat med-surg and ICU patients as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• A master's degree

Clinical Focus & Common Diagnoses

• Stroke rehabilitation
• Hip fractures
• Debility
• Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
• Spinal cord injuries
• Motor vehicle accidents (MVAs)
• Parkinson’s disease
• Multiple sclerosis (MS)

Work Environment & Culture

• Patient-centered and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and team player attitude expected
• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs required; blue jeans not allowed

Technology & Equipment

• Electronic Health Records (EHR): Medhost, NetHealth (Redoc)
