Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Radiology

Location: Winchester, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

Role: Radiology Registered Nurse
Provides imaging support for the Emergency Department (ED/ER), Portable Radiography, and Operating Room (OR) as needed.
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (4x10-hour shifts, Mid-Shift)
Weekend and On-Call Requirements: None
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

Unit Information

Department: Radiology – Main Department
Facility Size: 450 beds, Level II Trauma Center
Patient Type: Operating Room patients
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Radiology experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

Additional Information

Dress Code: Scrubs in Caribbean Blue color (per facility dress code policy)
Float Requirements: None

This position is suitable for experienced Radiology RNs looking for a travel assignment with a focus on imaging support in a trauma center environment.
