Job Description

• Provide nursing care on a medical-surgical unit serving a diverse patient population including COPD, post-op joint patients, and diabetic patients.
• May float to like units as needed.
• Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
• Facility is a 107-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience within the last year.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current certifications prior to start: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Healthcare Worker Certification (HWC).
