Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Utah
  • OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
  • OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • De-escalation Skills - Healthcare Setting
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with da Vinci Robotics
  • Orthopedic experience

Preferred Experience

  • Vascular experience

Additional Notes

  • Typical procedures include everything except LVADs, transplants, and pediatric patients under 14 years old
  • Flexible personality fit preferred
