Beds: 80-100 daily
Staff: 37 RNs (full-time, part-time, PRN)
Shift Coverage: Day shift (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with 2 Charge RNs, 1 Resource RN, 2 MAs, and 16-19 RNs assigned to patients
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:6, lower for higher acuity patients
Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, ICU medical chemo adapters
EMR System: Meditech and Onco

Specialty: Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Oncology
Typical Procedures:
- Chemotherapy administration
- Central line draws
Unit Highlights:
- 15th largest transplant center nationally
- Participation in many phase 1/first-in-human clinical trials
- Growing CAR-T cell therapy program

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of Bone Marrow Transplant experience, including experience within the last year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification
